Ken Barr Jr. is a Licensed Professional Counselor, career coach, and organizational consultant dedicated to helping individuals and teams discover, develop, and apply their strengths. He works frequently in the education, non-profit, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and customer service fields providing solutions that include program startup, team development, best practices, recognition, and talent insights. Mr. Barr has been part of the strengths movement for more than 10 years and has helped more than 15,000 people begin their strengths journey. He is Michigan’s first Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

Dr. Bradley Ekwerekwu - CEO Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties
Dr. Bradley Ekwerekwu (eck-where-eck-woo) grew up in Arlington, Texas, and currently resides in Omaha, NE.
He currently serves as the CEO of the Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties and relies upon personal discipline, attention to detail, and teamwork on a daily basis. Moving to Omaha on January 1, 2013 was a daunting experience for “Dr. Brad”, but he quickly found his niche in the nonprofit education sector and has served on many associated Boards and Advisory Councils. These appointments allow him to influence various learning environments in efforts to share his research, provide empowering education, and actively engage individuals in community action plans. Drawing from various lived experiences, Dr. Brad continues to spread influence and motivation toward healthy relationships and progressive mindsets for a variety of audiences.
